The power to change your life comes from within. You have the ultimate power to choose the life of your dreams. It doesn't always come easily, but we, as humans have the ability to shape our life by the choices we make.
Healing your life is your responsibility and the answers you seek are within you, but sometimes we need help to find the keys to unlock the parts that are stuck.
What if you could simply dream up your life? You could visualise it, set goals, take action and then achieve it.

We will be utilising NLP and hypnotherapy sessions along with EFT tapping sessions and practical guidance on which tools I use to stay in alignment and to continue my own healing while I assist others on their road to self discovery.

Why this is important?
Our brain is wired to keep us safe. Limiting beliefs create thoughts and habits that our brain thinks keeps us safe. Without crushing the limiting beliefs and changing those patterns of thought and behaviour, we will keep coming back to the same old.
Crushing negative or limiting beliefs is rarely a one and done process. It is something you may need to revisit. Donโt judge it. Just be open to doing the work and know that it will help you open up to receive more and help you to get to where you want to be.

Tradies need a tool kit. Teachers have a tool kit of sorts. Everyone needs a tool kit โ so why shouldnโt we need one for personal growth? Not every tool is going to work for everyone because we are all wired differently.
This week we will go through a number of tools to help you unlock and work through feelings, emotions, move through your journey.
When we are working on negative and limiting beliefs, these tools help us to not only crush them, but also to rewire our brain and our thoughts to create a new pattern or new habits to help us move forward more.

Why this is important?
Once you clear your limiting/negative beliefs, which is actually an ongoing process rather than a one and done one, you are going to be more open to manifesting and calling in the future you desire.
Knowing what you want from life and opening up to the possibility that life was not always about giving you lemons โ you get to choose your life. I had a coach once that said life is what you tolerate โ life is what you accept and if you begin to no longer be available for the negative things or the things that keep you in the box you or those around you have created for you, then life begins to be about dreaming and having fun and this is where the magic happens.

Why this is important?
In week 3, we gave ourselves permission to dream, to see the possibility life has for us. A vision and a dream remains just that without setting goals and having an action plan.
When you partner with the universe to manifest your best life, it doesnโt mean saying a few affirmations and hoping it will happen. It means saying a few affirmations, setting goals, working out how youโre going to achieve those and then working towards it. The universe comes in and meets you โ and sometimes alters the path or the timeline because in reality, the how is not up to you.
The dreaming, the action is absolutely up to you. The rest of it is about relinquishing control and allowing the work to happen.
